Tumor volume in synergistic effect experiment. In the 6th week, IMP301 4 mg/kg with FUS group was the only group which showed significantly lower tumor volume compared to the control group (p < 0.050; statistical significance indicated as asterisk, *). In addition, IMP301 4 mg/kg with FUS group showed lower tumor volume compared to Dox with FUS group, while IMP301 4 mg/kg only group did not show significant difference with Dox with FUS group (p < 0.050).
