The fitted lines visualise relationships between energy measurements (45, 70, 120 and 190 keV) and HU for all regions of interest representing intraplaque haemorrhage (IPH), calcium and thrombus (b). Differences in b₁ coefficients from various plaque features were examined by t-test and multiple comparisons are corrected for using the Benjamini–Hochberg adjustment.
