The mean blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine levels for the experimental groups. Mean BUN level is the highest in group IV (glycerol plus contrast medium) and levosimendan administration lowered the levels of BUN. Serum creatinine levels showed similar trends with the administered drugs. Means in the same column with the same letter are not significantly different; means in the same column with different letters indicate the statistically significant differences between the groups.
