The metal screws and plate on the right femur, a fixation of an old fracture, are clearly visible in all three modalities. Near the screws, an antibiotic bead chain is also visible in the attenuation and dark-field images (red arrows). Furthermore, calcifications are visible within the superficial femoral arteries in both thighs at all three modalities (green arrows)
