Low-dose FPA perfusion protocol simulation. The aortic gamma variate fit was used to simulate dynamic bolus tracking-based triggering, where V1 was systematically selected as the first electrocardiographically gated volume scan after triggering, while V2 was systematically selected as the first electrocardiographically gated volume scan occurring \( \frac{T_{\mathrm{i}}}{2} \)+ 0 to 4.0 s after V1. The cardiac cycle distance of V2 from the ideal peak enhancement (red triangle) was then recorded. Note that the V2 volume scan also corresponds to the site of optimal CT angiography
